Refund and Returns Policy

At Sparkles, we are committed to your satisfaction and wish to ensure that you have an enjoyable shopping experience with us. In the event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy within 10 days from the date of delivery on the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

Items should be sent back within 10 days from the day of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in the original condition, unworn, unwashed, and without any damage. Items must be returned with their original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

Hygienic products such as already used wigs, hair extensions, and others that compromise personal hygiene are not returnable.

Process of Returns

Contact our customer service via sales@sparklesbraidedwigs.com and provide the team with your order details plus the reason behind the return. You will get the process of sending the item back along with the way to do it once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send you an email to let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs on returns unless the product is defective or not what you ordered.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange for another item, please return your order and then place a new order for the item you would like to receive.
